Frequently Asked Questions

For Music :

  1. You can download the music you purchased through the provided download link.
  2. The validity period of the music you purchased is permanent and does not require repeat purchases.
  3. Jeje Studio will provide music packs occasionally. If the pack you want to purchase includes singles you have purchased before, please contact us info@jejestudio.site promptly and we will prepare a coupon for you. The limited time promotion for singles is no longer within the scope of offering coupons.

For Design :

  1. After placing the order, please confirm the specific requirements via email info@jejestudio.site.It is recommended to confirm the accurate requirements before placing the order to avoid unnecessary trouble. We will confirm whether the requirement can be executed within 48 hours. Please be patient.
  2. Please carefully check the quantity of product before placing an order to avoid unnecessary trouble.
  3. The design cycle is usually one month (two weeks for sample design, one week for revisions and adjustments, and one week for finishing work), and the cycle cannot be shortened. Therefore, we do not accept urgent orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
You may check the status of your most recent order(s) by signing into your account in the top right corner.

Your account page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is processed, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the status of your order.

For some sensitive requests, such as order cancellations or address changes, please email us info@jejestudio.site

You may check the status of your most recent order(s) by signing into your account in the top right corner. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

Changing your password can vary slightly depending on the platform  you're using, but here are some general steps you can follow:

  1. Log in your account

  2. Click "My Account"

  3. Find "Account details"

  4. Slide to the bottom "Password change"

  5. Enter new password (CANNOT be the same as the old one)

  6. Confirm your new password

  7. Save changes

  8. Log out and test your new password
